The Rentertainer customer service is fantastic, by far the best i've ever encountered. Some sites take like a day or two to get back to me with the answers to my questions/queries but with the Rentertainer i've got an answer within a matter of hours.

Also, The Rentertainer is one of the best sites at listening to what it's customers want.

Gaming is a very expensive hobby. But it doesn't have to be. Instead of buying games just to finish them and never play them again, you can keep the games as long as you want, for a very cheap monthly price. Now i can keep up with and finish all the latest games ( as well as old) without blowing $85 on a game. This service is fantastic!

I've been using the Rentertainer service for about 2 months. John (owner) is a great guy and the customer service is second to none, which in my eyes is an important part of any business. It's so rare these days that a business welcomes you with open arms and is so open to suggestions to make it an easier and more enjoyable experience for anybody to use.

I live in rural Victoria and we were both very surprised at the short time in which the games arrived. The turn around from WA to Victoria was about 3-4 days. As the business grows, John ensures me that stock levels and more supply of new games will be available. This may seem a deterrant to the new customer, but with more members, more games will be added.

As I mentioned I live in rural Victoria. I don't have the option of ducking down to the local video shop and hiring games, because they simply don't do it. At $30 a month and you keep the games as long as you want it works out cheaper than buying games or even renting them at $6 a night. When I lived in Melbourne I lost count of how many times I hired a game overnight, only to have to return it the following day and missing out on playing it again because 10 people had reserved it.

I’ve been a member for nearly 2 months now and although I was a bit skeptical at first, I really like the idea of paying a monthly fee to rent games & keep them for as long as you like.

There's always a great bunch of new games coming in on a regular basis and best part is we get to help choose which games The Rentertainer should get next.
